When you sign up at the beginning of the session, class cost is $5-$8/per class, whatever best fits your budget during these interesting, inspiring and changing times.

Drop-in for $10 during any current session.

Presently I am teaching a slow-paced routine with a focus on liberation of shoulders and body awareness. Standing and floor work 60-75 minutes.

Please bring an exercise mat, a towel and water to class with you and any blocks/risers you may need. be prepared to lose the shoes. Let's get barefoot to strengthen the muscles of the feet and ankles, improve proprioception, alignment, balance, stability, mobility and range of motion!​

An easy paced workout suitable for all levels. Standing work only.

Release Rebalance & Restore

This class is aimed at regaining your mobility while slowly building strength and reawakening the power of your 650 muscles. This class has a slower pace than our general Essentrics classes. It is designed for those who have atrophy-related stiffness, frozen shoulder, chronic aches and pains, or who are beginning to exercise after a long sedentary period. For men and women of all ages who are looking for a gentle, slow tempo class.

Stretch & Tone

 This medium-paced, dynamic full body workout will give you a perfect balance of strength and flexibility for a lean and agile body. This full body workout helps to quickly thin out your waist, legs and thighs, tone your abs, and transform your posture while increasing full body flexibility. Standing/Floor Work and/or Barre Work
